Welcome to home page for AMVETS Bay Area Post 10. We are the largest current AMVETS chapter in Oregon and are based out of the Coos Bay/North Bend area. We pride ourselves in serving our local Veterans and their families. We help to provide access to resources, opportunities for fellowship, mentorship for young future leaders, and family fun through our variety of events each year.
We hold our meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the North Bend Senior Center at 6:30pm. In addition, we are out in the community with our annual events including our February Sock Hop, Community Easter Egg Hunt, Chili Cook-off, July Pop Smoke BBQ Cook Off, White Clover Fundraisers and many more.

AMVETS Bay Area Post 10 Upcoming Events
Join us for our twice monthly meetings at the North Bend Senior Center, 1470 Airport Ln. North Bend, OR 97459.
Our post meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm.

AMVETS Post 10 is happy to support our friends in the Southwestern Oregon Community College Student Veteran Organization as they will host a fundraising poker night event at the SWOCC campus on April 11, 2025.
AMVETS Post 10 will host our annual community Easter Egg Hunt at Kingsview Christian School on Saturday April 19, 2025 at 10:00 am. Interested volunteers should email events@amvetsbayareapost10.org (Please mention Easter in the subject)
